Talk again to Nesjo. He will send you to Tylar, located [here]. Tylar is in need of the following supplies:

Ultimate Healing Runes - Can buy from any rune seller.

Lumps of Dough - Can buy from Harnold, Tarr or Tyass.

Life Ring - Can buy from Jodi, Frankie or Yaman For 900gp. (After completing Green Djinn missions)

Nesjo will need proof that you are brave explorer. Bring him 10 
Frost Dragon Hearts.
Mission 4)
Your next task is to speak with Donnar, [here]. He's been having some issues with harpies. Bring him 35 
Harpy Claws and report the mission to Nesjo.
Mission 5)
Nesjo will send you to Valus, [here]. Valus needs a 
Corrupted Staff. After you bring him the staff, go report your mission Nesjo.
Mission 6)
This time you will be asked to help Tylar again. Tylar will need proof that you slayed Sulphira, the Albino Dragons' mother.
He wants you to obtain the 
Ancient Albino Dragon Claw from her lair, also known as the Albino Claw Quest.
The lair is only open during the raid and until the following server save, you do not need to be on this mission to obtain the claw, you can take it any time the lair is accessible.
Mission 7)
Nesjo will send you to help Zuleika, located [here], with her new recipe for a magical potion. She will need the following items:
