Note: This rune is mostly used by Scouts and Mages.

Probably the 2nd most used rune in the game (next to the Ultimate Healing Rune). Warriors can use them but it is a waste of money for a knight because their magic level is low and they should rely on melee to gain better skills.

Mages use them a lot because they have high magic level and weak melee and it does nice damage and a mage can kill strong monsters such as Cyclops or Minotaur Guard without getting damaged.
