  • First, leave town to the north and go to the spider cave in the south-east.

  • Follow the path shown below. You will need a Pick to open the hole at the end of the path.

  • Downstairs are a lot of Rotworms, so beware.

  • You will find the Key 4602 in a chest in the north of the room.
