The doomcaller can normally be used to cast Small Explosive Runes with a single target effect, however it can be enhanced with a Blazing Core from Flamebringers to turn it into a two-handed version which shoots in a 3x3 area of effect, this also renders the attack of the summonable Hellfire into a 3x3 area of effect attack but reduces the damage to about 30% on each tile as compared to the single target one. The two-handed version also has an increased magic level bonus of 3. The blazing core can be removed and replaced at will when out of battle.
One of the weapons available to be crafted from Baalerun's Core by Blacksmith Azzodon after completing the Demonic Faction.
