| Note: | note=There are certain unique houses on Medivia at unique locations which can only be bought with House Scrolls and/or premium house scrolls (along with in-game gold coins to pay the monthly rent of the house). Such houses, once bought, will only require the rent of in-game gold to be paid monthly. A premium house scroll is only a one time real-money fee (although you can buy the coins for it or the scroll itself from players for in-game gold or items) to keep the houses more unique, you won't be forced to pay it anymore as long as you keep the house for yourself. |
