| Note: | Obtainable by enchanting regular red Blood Herbs (see below for the method). Enchanted Blood Herbs come in 9 colors: white, black, blue, purple, green, pink, orange, yellow and light-blue.          |
- In order to turn a regular red Blood Herb into an Enchanted one, a ritual must be performed at a deserted old laboratory north-east of Osaris (
). - Light all 8 wall sconces as marked on the images below (some are covered by vines which are cut away with a Machete):
- Once all the lights are lit, go to the top floor and put a regular red Blood Herb on the sandstone tile in the middle of the room.
- Immediately, all the lights will go off, and the regular Blood Herb will turn into one of the nine random available color variants of Enchanted Blood Herb.
- The process can be repeated indefinitely with new regular Blood Herbs, but once an Enchanted Blood Herb is created, the process cannot be reverted and it cannot be used to perform the ritual again, only regular Blood Herbs can be used.
