Properties
Equipment items and weapons often have inherent properties visible when "looking" at them and holding down the SHIFT button at the same time. These come in the form of Strength, Dexterity, Intelligence (these are listed on item lists e.g. Armors), movement speed and damage resistance increases; as well as light, mana and health pool increases and even special attacks and passive abilities.
Properties are similar to Attributes, but differ in the way that properties are naturally part of every individual item of a certain kind (e.g. every Demonbone Armor naturally has 2% poison resistance, 5 dexterity and 5 intelligence as properties), while attributes need to be added onto an item or have a chance to be on an item when looted.
Speed
Speed in this case refers to a player's movement speed which is ordinarily gained with levels (visible within your skills window).
Speed increase from levels decreases as you get higher level (e.g. a lvl 40 might get 2-3 speed points per level, while at 300+ you get roughly 1 speed point every 2-3 levels).
Players can increase their speed by wearing equipment with the Streamlined Attribute.
