Note:	You can use a Small Ruby on it to turn it into the Full Helmet of the Fallen King for 30 minutes which is the second best helmet in game. When the 30 minutes are up the helmet turns back into the regular Helmet of the Fallen King. When enchanted with the Soul Emerald, the effect is everlasting. Acquired in the Lord Azeran Quest.
