The Lonely Rotworm Cave is a long tunnel system burrowing so deep that even Rotworms are found. There are 4 Floors with the entrance being on the Surface. The route to the Lonely Rotworm Cave can be quite dangerous, depending on where you go. If you go through the Snake Fields, there are only Snakes, Trolls, Spiders and the possibility of a Wasp. If you go from the northern part, you will fight Wolves, Spiders, A Wasp and a possibility of Orcs and Orc Spearman that had been lured. The Entrance is shown below.

 First Level Below Surface
  After dropping down the hole, you will face 3 spiders. Simply bat them off as there isn't much else you can do.

 Second Level Below Surface
  After going up the next hole, you will find another hole to go down. Once down this hole you will face 7 Spiders, although they only come in groups of 2-3 so if you're scared of being attacked by alot, just take it slowly.

 Third Level Below Surface
  A bit of a scary part of the cave as there are many creatures right in front of you. It's best to go diagonal to the top-right corner, this way only 3 creatures can attack you. There are 3 Spiders, 3 Rats, 3 Bugs and 1 Poison Spider in that first room. In the pathway from the entrance hole, there are 3 bugs together, simply go back into the 'hallway' to only battle 2 at once. There is now a right and a left path, both have holes at the end of the path. There are 2 Poison Spider at the hole of the left path and 3 Poison Spiders at the hole of the right path. Just fight the left path head on but for the right path there's a slit where you can use the walls to block the third spider from coming at you.

 Fourth Level Below Surface
  Down the Left Path's Hole will lead you to that one way large room on the bottom part of the map, that contains 3 Bugs, 3 Spiders and 1 Poison Spider. The best strategy is to move diagonal to the the North-West and then North 1 place. This will position yourself so that only 2 creatures can attack you. Do not follow any of the Spiders when they go to red hp as you will then be hit by all of the other monsters.

  Down the Right Path's Hole you will meet 1 Poison Spider and then 3 other Poison Spiders will be attracted from out of the screen, this cannot be avoided so you want to attack the first Poison Spider and put it to red as quick as you can. Keep watch on the hp of the Poison Spiders as when they reach red you will want to change target to the next.

 Fifth Level Below Surface
  This is only accessible from the Right Path's Hole. You will fight 1 Poison Spider right there, although there is a considerable gap between the next few. Once you reach the top of the 0, you will face 4 Poison Spiders. A daunting task although 2 come from the left side while two come from the right side. It is this reason that allows us to form a good strategy of rushing to the right side, attacking the closest Poison Spider while running half way down the 0 (you can tell because it will start to go back on the loop to the bottom). Once the next 2 Poison Spiders have reached you, you can use the first two (or 1 if you hit hard) as a shield, so just run around it so the other two Poison Spiders have a less chance of hitting you. Continue this strategy until all 4 are either on red hp or dead. At the bottom of the 0 there are 3 Poison Spiders. 1 of them is further ahead so just attack it while running back, then do the running around the creature strategy when you have the last 2 left. Once you are past the 0, you have 1 room left until you have only the Rotworm left. About halfway through the second room, there are 3 Poison Spider, simply do the same tactic as the last 3 for some easy kills.

 Sixth Level Below Surface
  Deepest level of the Lonely Rotworm Cave and you can probably tell what is here from the name of the cave. There are no other creatures other than the Rotworm in this area so there is no strategy other than bring food for it. The poison from the Poison Spiders and the melee attack from the Rotworm can turn a fight easily to the Rotworms favour. Either wait for the poison to go (and make sure you're either close or full hp) or eat plenty of food.
