Erebus' Vault Quest
Reward: 3 White Pearl and a Broad Sword (+ a Spellbook, which is daily spawned on top of the Winterbay Castle), and, if done the long way, a Dark Helmet, 4 Throwing Knife, Blank Rune, 33gp and Key 4502

Be prepared to face: Various Minotaur (including archers, guards, and the occasional mage). A few isolated Watcher, Scorpion and Slime also occupy Erebus' Vault. There are also Energy, fire, and poison fields on the main path and an alternative route (you will need at least one Destroy Field rune).
Legend: Erebus has hidden his treasure, which is guarded by his fierce minotaurs and dangerous magical fields.

There are 2 ways of doing this quest, the short way and the long (full quest) way. The first one will skip most of the work, while the second will also reward you with more items (see rewards above) and some keys which gives access to the Erebus' Cave.
Short Way

Equipment
- 20gp
- At least one Destroy Field
There is no other required equipment; however, if you do not want to take damage from the Poison Field, Fire Field and Energy Field, 6x Destroy Field is required (two runes).
Method
1 Get to Winterbay Castle on Winterbay (20gp).
- Ferry
- Winterbay Castle cellar
2 Go down the stair to the cellar.
- There are a lot of different fields down here. You can use several Destroy Field runes to avoid damage. To remove the Magic Wall behind the doors, use a Destroy Field rune on the marked Fire Field to reveal a lever. Use the lever to lower the Magic Wall.
3 Enter the Magic Forcefield (teleporter) to the quest boxes. If unlucky (maybe lucky if you want to go there), the doors will be open, and you will be assaulted by a Minotaur Mage and a few Minotaur.
Full Quest
- Follow this method to collect all rewards and keys
Equipment
- 20gp
- Pick
- 1 Destroy Field
- Levitate spell or 3 parcels
Method
- Go to Mejborn by the ferry (20gp).
- Enter the Mejborn's caves and follow the blue path and grab Key 4503 which is located in one of chests.
- Follow the yellow path. Use Key 4503 to open the door you will face, then follow the path all the way to the end with Fire Field. Use a Destroy Field on the fire field in the middle (see picture below), pick at the same square, and enter the hole that appears.
WARNING! that you are not able to rope yourself up once you have entered the hole, due to the fact that you'll fall two levels down, with the second level being 1 sqm with only a hole. The only way to return is to complete the quest.

- Follow a blue path and flip lever to the right. This will make stone to disappear. Key 4501 is in a crate in the small room just north of the lever.
- Follow the blue path back west for more rewards.
- Then go within yellow line to progress with quest. (WARNING: There are some Fire Elementals on way so be careful.)
- Progress further.
- You will end up on a small island with tower on it. Go on up the hill using the levitate spell or parcels and fight with few minotaurs and minotaurs mages then open a chest containing Key 4502.
