The Rookgaard Training Guide is meant for the higher levels, although can be used by lower levels if used with caution. I will not be putting in the skills needed / should train up to using a certain creature / spawn as it can vary depending on your armor and what you're prepared to do. So i just putting an estimate and how well / hard it is to train using that method.

Troll Cave - Troll Spawns
The Troll Cave has plenty of training places you can use and since Trolls have a naturally high defence, they make good subjects to train on. The pictures below are taken from the bottom right spawn, it is very easy to get attacked by only 2 Trolls by using the walls and Troughs provided on a daily spawn. Trolls are excellent for training Fists, Blocking and any skills that require weapons and are below 18.

Chain Armor Quest - Orc Spawns
The Chain Armor Quest can be a brilliant place to train for those who have skills above 18, making it a nice place to train after training on the Troll Spawns. Be careful though as even a highly skilled person can be damaged alot so it it highly advised to take enough food to sustain your hp for a while. The only difference between Orc Training and Troll Training is that Orc can be harder to hit and have more hp.

Minotaur Hell - Minotaur Spawns
The Minotaur Hell is arguably the hardest place to clean. This can be from many factors; a large number of creatures, more hp than any other creature and that they have more natural defence than Orcs and Trolls. Training on Minotaurs is something you should never do. Just to make it clear on how hard they are to train on: Monsieur Le'mon has 27 Defence and 20 Swords Skills, although he can only train on 1-2 Minotaurs at once and that's with food! While they are the hardest creatures to train on (that are efficient) they can provide extreme amounts of training time if done properly and carefully. Back to Monsieur Le'mon, using a Katana and balanced fighting he can hit a Minotaur for roughly 20-40 minutes before it dies.

Training On The Go
Training On The Go simply means training while hunting which is achieved by easily lowering your damage output by either changing stance or using a weaker weapon. This is the easiest way of training, although is not used very often. This is because people would rather devote their time to either training or levelling, not both.
