A small spawn of hydras which continues into the Giant Cobra Cave, a good place to do your Hydra task from Tylar. | |
Recommended Level: | 130+ for mages // 120+ for rangers // 120+ for knights // 100+ for teamhunting |
Loot: | Decent |
Experience: | Great |
Location: | Abukir North Desert (here ) |
Be prepared to face: | Lernaean Hydra |
Strategy: | Hydras grow a 2nd head at yellow HP and a 3rd one at red HP, this makes it so each head can use their poison wave ability every turn individually so shooters should be wary and blockers should stay diagonal. A mid level knight and shooter can hunt these quite effectively using HMM's. |
Notes: | You'll need Key 7001 to enter the spawn, it can be found in a barrel on a higher floor of the fortress at the entrance to the spawn. A nice hunting place for experience with mid-level teamhunting. |
Route to and map of the spawn:
The skull markers represent the locations of hydras:
- Entrance
- 0
- -1 (accessed through hidden shovel hole as shown by marker on image above)
- -2 (area past the green arrow marks to the right is the Giant Cobra Cave)
