Rules

Medivianic's staff reserves the right to stop destructive behaviour in the game and forum. Such behaviour includes, but is not limited to, the following offences:

1. Names

a) Offensive Name%C2%A0 Names that are insulting, racist, sexually related, drug-related, harassing or generally objectionable. Punishment: Banishment until player changes name. b) Invalid Name Format%C2%A0 Names that contain parts of sentences (except for guild names), badly formatted words or nonsensical combinations of letters. Punishment: Banishment until player changes name. c) Name Containing Forbidden Advertising Names that advertise brands, products or services of third parties, content which is not related to the game or trades for real money. Punishment: Banishment until player changes name. d) Unsuitable Name Names that express religious or political views or generally do not fit into Medivianic's medieval fantasy setting. Punishment: Banishment until player changes name. e) Name Supporting Rule Violation Names that support, incite, announce or imply a violation of the Medivianic Rules. Punishment: Banishment until player changes name.

2. Statements

a) Offensive Statement%C2%A0 Insulting, racist, sexually related, drug-related, harassing or generally objectionable statements. Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on how many previous banishments player had - 1, 7, 30 days and eventually deletion. b) Spamming%C2%A0 Excessively repeating identical or similar statements or using badly formatted or nonsensical text. Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on how many previous banishments player had - 1, 7, 30 days and eventually deletion. c) Forbidden Advertising%C2%A0 Advertising brands, products or services of third parties, content which is not related to the game or trades for real money. Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on how many previous banishments player had - 7, 30 days and eventually deletion. d) Off-Topic Public Statement Religious or political public statements or other public statements which are not related to the topic of the used channel or board. Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on how many previous banishments player had - 1, 7, 30 days and eventually deletion. e) Violating Language Restriction Non-English statements in boards and channels where the use of English is explicitly required. Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on how many previous banishments player had - 1, 7, 30 days and eventually deletion. f) Disclosing Personal Data of Others Disclosing personal data of other people. Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on how many previous banishments player had - 1, 7, 30 days and eventually deletion. g) Supporting Rule Violation Statements that support, incite, announce or imply a violation of the Medivianic Rules. Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on how many previous banishments player had - 14, 30 days and eventually deletion. h) Hostile towards other players Killing players without reason or abusing the power on the server forcing other players to do things under threat of punishment. Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on how many previous banishments player had - 30 days and eventually deletion. i) Hostile towards us Spreading false information or starting propaganda about the server which may cause a reduction of the server's population or harm the server's reputation. Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on how many previous banishments player had - 30 days and eventually deletion.

3. Cheating

a) Bug Abuse%C2%A0 Exploiting obvious errors of the game or any other part of our services. Punishment: Deletion of the character. b) Using Unofficial Software to Play or Abusing Official Software Manipulating the official client program, abusing the official client (e.g. auto trade messenger to cast spells), or using additional software to play the game. Punishment: Deletion of the character. c) Using Several Game Clients to Play%C2%A0 Playing on the same game world with several characters. However, it is perfectly legal to use several game clients to play on each world simultaneously with one character on each. Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on how many previous banishments player had or the size of the crime - 30 days and eventually deletion.

4. Legal Issues

a) Account Trading or Sharing Offering account data to other players, accepting other players' account data or allowing other players to use your account. Punishment: Deletion of the character. b) Game Items Trading Offering virtual items in Medivianic world for real money. Punishment: Deletion of the character. c) Hacking%C2%A0 Stealing other players' account or personal data. Punishment: Deletion of the character.
