To enter this spawn you need to progress with Holy Rose Order Faction first.
And to hunt here efficently you need to be a druid or you must have a druid in your party.
Druid's role is mainly to place a Wild Growth in door frame.
A duo of level 200 druid and level 200 mage/archer using Sudden Death runes makes here about 650k experience per hour each.
A level 300 druid using Sudden Death runes makes 1100-1300k experience per hour here.
