The New Way to Mintwallin
You will need a pick and shovel for this route, scroll down for alternative and much slower route. You can skip the shovel by entering the cave from the northern side. Scroll further down and you can see another alternative route if you're coming from Kazordoon and more specifically the Crusader Helmet Quest cave.

- Be aware there is a small chance of encountering Gromm at almost everywhere in this cavern after you enter the pickhole.

The Crusader Helmet Quest cave route.
You will face dwarves, dwarf soldiers, a dwarf guard or two, mutated rats and if you're (un)lucky a Gromm at picture 7.If it's not clear you're supposed to pick at picture 4 at the spot the picture below it show.
