Method
1. First you need to go to Emperor Thramril's chambers in his private room, then go down the sewers below the statue.
2. Get Key 3800 from the chest.
3. Go back to the king's room; Use Key 3800 to open the door of the small room in the emperor's chamber. In the small room, there is a chest with two stacks of cookies (7 and 20), and Key 3801.
4. To get to Key 3802 you have to head back to the barracks.
5. When at the barracks you can open the door with Key 3801, Key 3802 can be found in the chest, this key is needed to open Graugatraz Prison and a specific room in the Dwarf Mines, the Mine Hub.
