Note:	This version of the helmet is not enchantable, instead it keeps most of the same attributes as the clean version, except for the strength bonus from its property and attribute increasing by 1. This item's full strength bonus can be gained even below the required level if you have completed the Lord Azeran Quest. Combine a Helmet of the Fallen King with a Small Ruby and you will have the power of the Full Helmet of the Fallen King (Ruby) for 30 minutes. Although the full helmet has a Small Ruby inside it, it does not get any heavier.
