Training stations are house items that can be used to instantaneously gain skill tries (skill % progress) as well as provide a temporary stat boost 2-4 times per day depending on the tier of station. Each skill has its own variety of training station, and the number of skill tries gained is roughly proportionate to the difficulty of training each particular skill.
There's the 'Martial Stand' for knights, 'Range Target' for archers and 'Spellcasting Station' for mages and druids.
The regular in-game obtained versions require the use of 50 of one of the 3 kinds of Soul Goblets for each daily use; which goblet is used depends on the character's skill level.
MC shop versions also exist purchasable from the Medivia Store and are identical in their bonuses to the regular training stations but use 6 Medivia Coins instead of 50 soul goblets for each daily use. Both the regular stations and MC ones share the same limit of uses per day, so if you use a regular royal station 2 times, you can only use the MC royal station 2 times that day, for a total of 4. Otherwise if you use the regular one 4 times, you will not be able to use the MC version the same day.
The stat bonuses from separate uses stack in duration for up to 3 uses, the 4th use is lost if you try to stack it on top of the first 3.

The soul goblets can be obtained by exchanging skinned Creature Products with Serena (with rarer skins producing higher tier goblets), as well as from the 4 Boss Dungeons once a week. The type of goblet you get from the boss dungeons also depends on your skill level. The Cursed goblets are only obtained in exchange for skins from the Floating Islands, the 4 Boss Dungeons (once a week) and the Cursed Soul Goblet Hunt quest.
The basic versions of the goblet training stations can be purchased from any furniture shop for 200,000 gold, they can then be upgraded with the Elite Training Station Upgrade which is purchasable from Hargin for 500 Vile Soul Goblets and 500 Malevolent Soul Goblets. This upgrade item can be used on any kind of already placed base training station inside a house.
Elite training station upgrades can also be looted rarely from Celebril's Tower (possibly also The Magma Lair).
The royal upgrade is purchasable for weekly Dungeon Tokens from Celebril's Tower or The Magma Lair, and also possibly lootable from the dungeons.
