The raid spawns a number of Meteorite Ore nodes. Fleshbiters are fairly weak despite their menacing appearance, they are the only creature known to drop any kind of Painite Crystals. Despite what the nature of the raid implies, these beings are not aliens, but regular creatures attracted by rare minerals like those from meteorites.
