Note:	Provides the wearer with a fist fighting boost of 6 skill points for 30 minutes while worn. Not very useful as fist fighting is rarely used. Does not have any effect on skill advancement speed as it conserves the pace of the character's base skill. Obtainable through the Power Ring Quest.
