Note:	These small runes can be used with most Wands & Staves by placing the wand/staff/scepter/rod in your hand and the runes into your ammunition slot or quiver. When used with one-handed wands they produce a single-target ranged missile dealing physical damage to the selected target, when used with two-handed staves they produce a 3x3 tile AoE ranged explosion dealing physical damage to the target and the area around the target. The damage is the same for both types of attacks. The damage is based on the level and magic level of the shooter. The only way to get small explosive runes is by trading Burst Arrows which can be made by archers with the Explosive Arrows spell in to Ebarin on the upper floors of the Eschen imperial castle in exchange for the runes. The damage formula is the same as it is for Burst Arrows, the minimum damage used to be 0, and the maximum damage was calculated by this formula: level/3 + magLevel^(4/3). The formula was later changed, increasing the minimum and reducing the maximum but leaving the average the same, so you can still use this formula to calculate your average.
