Nordag's Isle is located to the east from Garrogat. It is the home of Sage Nordag.
You can only reach Nordag by the boat from Cirone.
You can buy Amulet of Loss there.
Also by donating 10,000 gps to Nordag, you can get The Wisdom of Solitude Blessing.
