Go into the hole just south of the Plains of havoc Temple, [https://tibianic.wikispaces.com/Mapper?y=838&x=1006&z=7&zoom=4 hereGiant Spider. The reward is in three dead bodies under some other items on the floor.
Also, there is a respawn of a Talon.
