General Information

Vocation Choice
Ranger is a distance vocation with both good physical and magic abillities.

Even that you should keep your distance, the health pool is big enough to not be scared of being hit by strong monsters.

Best choice for new players, especially for these with solo playstyle.

Vocation Statistics
Each level up Ranger gains:

• 10 health points
• 15 mana points
• 20 oz. capacity

Health regeneration: 1 hp per 8 sec
After Promotion: 1 hp per 4 sec
Mana regeneration: 1 mana per 4 sec
After Promotion: 1 mana per 3 sec

Pros and Cons
Pros

• Double the health and capacity gain per level compared to other distance vocations.
• Access to Ultimate Healing spell, which heals most of your health.
• Abillity to solo most of the game content.
• Elemental DoT weapons that makes hunting on lower levels fast and cheap.

Cons

• Requires heavy ammunition to shoot.
• Spears require picking them up after each hit.
• Lesser rune damage than the magic vocations.
• No offensive spells.

Tips

Tips

• Buy Promotion as fast as you can afford it.
• Buy Boots of Haste as fast as you can afford them.
Conjure Arrow spell will help you make your hunts longer.
• Switching between elemental DoT (Damage over Time) bows is a great way to boost your experience for free. (example - Poisoned Bow, Flaming Bow)
• Use Conjure Explosive Arrows Spell to burn mana, easy way for AFK profit.
• Get yourself a Vampire Shield or Demon Shield in case you get trapped, distance weapons don't have any defence.
Golden Quiver or regular Quiver are huge quality of life upgrades.
