Regular Creatures:

Creatures or creatures are non-player, non-NPC entities in the game that can be killed with no restrictions,
they drop gold coins and other loot items and some can even be Skinned for products required for Outfits and Quests.
The list below is of every "regular" monster/creature in-game and their skins.
Note: If a creature can be skinned with more than one tool, the tool and skin gained with it will be displayed in the corresponding order depending on which skin you get with which knife: x,y,z | x,y,z

The following lists will include known Boss monsters which are special because they often:

• have special (proper) names;
• are much stronger than regular monsters of their kind;
• drop rare or unique loot (including Products required for Outfits);
• spawn rarely - either randomly or only with raids or events (some have regular spawn timers but are parts of quests).

	Yeti	920	950	A rare monster which can spawn (often more than 1 at a time) on the Ice Island of Mejborn and is presumed to have a small chance to drop the insanely rare Bunny Slippers.
	Isagrim Deathbloom	1050	750	A rare Necromancer who can spawn inside the Medusa Shield Quest. A total of 50 kills are required for the task.
	Tarathiel	1140	380	A moderately rarely spawning Elf Arcanist boss who spawns in Mylvalone. 15 kills of this boss are required to complete the Tarathiel task for a very rare Seashell Amulet.
	Gieffrin	1200	400	A moderately rarely spawning Monk boss. 45 kills of this boss are required to complete the Gieffrin task for a Ceremonial Mask, arguably the best known mage helmet in-game when Enchanted.
	Traitor	4600	1000	A somewhat rarely spawning boss, spawns in 4 locations around the continent of Abukir. Has a chance to drop the Assassin Hood, Assassin Armor and Assassin Legs, all of which are required to complete the Assassin Outfit Quest.
	Unicorn	??	??	A very rarely spawning creature, spawns somewhere around the plains around Eschen? Upon death it drops the extremely rare Rainbow Tapestry.
	Thousand Eyes	1500	1200	A rarely spawning Watcher boss who can drop the Steel Buckler required to complete the Warrior Addon Quest.
	Captain Jony Daves	???	3600?	A moderately rarely spawning pirate boss who has a chance to drop the Pirate Captain's Hat required to complete the Nobleman Addon Quest.
	Captain Silvertongue	???	???	A moderately rarely spawning pirate boss who has a chance to drop the Pirate Captain's Hat required to complete the Nobleman Addon Quest.
	Captain Sharktooth	???	???	A moderately rarely spawning pirate boss who has a chance to drop the Pirate Captain's Hat required to complete the Nobleman Addon Quest.
	Captain Ice Eye	???	???	A moderately rarely spawning pirate boss who has a chance to drop the Pirate Captain's Hat required to complete the Nobleman Addon Quest.
	Gromm	4800	3000	A somewhat rarely spawning Stone Golem boss who spawns on the way to the minotaur kingdom of Minoras. 150 kills of this boss are required to complete the Gromm task for an extremely rare Sapphire Amulet.
	Ramses	3600?	3000?	A rarely spawning Forgotten Pharaoh boss who spawns in the Sphinx Tomb. The loot and purpose of this boss are still fairly unknown.
	Broodmother	8400	3200	A rarely spawning Giant Spider boss in the Desolated Lands who has a chance to drop the very rare Spider Chain Mail and Spider Chain Helmet. 6 kills of this boss are required to complete the Broodmother task for the extremely rare Spider Chain Legs.
	Arcestar	11,000	4000	A rarely spawning Tar Priest boss who spawns in the Tar Tomb and Tar Town of Abukir (and possibly elsewhere) and has a chance to drop the very rare Demonbone Legs.
	Walius	11,200	4480	A moderately rarely spawning Warlock boss who spawns in the Arcanum? and the Garrogat Cult Cave Warlock Tower, has a small chance to drop the Wizard Tapestry, Wizard Hat and Ruby Ring - some of the rarest items in-game.
	Ice Colossus	14,000	50,000	A rarely spawning Ice Golem boss who can appear in 3 locations on the Ice Island Forgula, drops the Sigil of Ice Colossus and Spiked Shoulderpads (required for the Mage Addon Quest) as well as the rare Ice Colossus Fist.
	Archiona	12,000	4500	A rarely spawning Dragon Lord boss who spawns in the Desolated Lands and can drop the rare Warchief Garment, required to complete the Warrior Addon Quest.

	General Manos	8200	2000?	A rarely spawning Minotaur boss in Minoras, a much stronger version of a minotaur guard. A kill of this boss is required to complete a mission in The Minotaur Faction. DOES NOT DROP the Dwarven Helmet.
	Hadrian the Crusher	1100	980	A rarely spawning Wild Warrior boss in the Outlaw Camp. A kill of this boss is required to complete a mission in The Elf Faction.
	Jaffr	2100	8000	A rarely spawning executioner boss who spawns in a hidden cave near the sea over the stony hills west of the mountain pass between Osaris and Yehsha. A kill of this boss is required to complete the Executioner Outfit Quest.
	Honou	20000	9000	A moderately rarely spawning Shakirian Prayer boss who spawns in the Shakirian Tomb. A kill of this boss is required to complete The Osaris Faction.
	Goshnir	15000	8000	A moderately rarely spawning Necromancer boss who spawns in several locations on the Ice Island Forgula. A kill of this boss is required to complete a mission in The Lightbringer Faction.
	Dwarf Renegade	2000	1500	A moderately rarely spawning Dwarf boss who spawns south of Arak. A kill of this boss is required to complete The Dwarf Faction.
	Zundram	1240	580	A weak Necromancer boss in The Imperial Faction with a regular respawn timer.
RTENOTITLE	John	1300?	1100?	A weak Imperial Soldier boss in The Imperial Faction with a regular respawn timer.
	Agaltha	20000	7000	A rarely spawning boss in the Order of Holy Rose faction, 5 people are needed to open the way into her quarters. She also has a small chance to drop the extremely rare Amazon Shield.
	Necromantica	25,000	72,100	The lich queen, the final boss of the Order of Holy Rose faction. Requires a large group of players to defeat the waves during the boss event (the boss itself cannot be targetted, she loses health as the raids are defeated). A reward chest is put up in Icenhaal for participants to claim their rewards.
	Daevok	1,000,000	2,000,000+?	The lich king, the final boss of The Lightbringer Faction. Requires a large group of players to defeat the waves during the boss event and the boss itself. A reward chest is put up in Icenhaal for participants to claim their rewards.
RTENOTITLE	Dranus	??	120,000	The invincible and overpowered Undead Dragon boss, spawns during The Lightbringer Faction final mission if you don't kill Daevok quickly enough, at which point you have failed the mission and your entire team is likely doomed.

Omens of Yehsha:

The Omens (or Elyons) of Yehsha is how people refer to the 8 demonic bosses faced in the Lord Azeran Quest - the 7 fragmented parts of Azeran and finally Azeran himself. All the bosses are similar in strength, requiring a level 200+ (150-180 with Might Rings or Stone Skin Amulets works too) knight as a blocker to be safe and 1 or 2 shooters of a similar level (preferrably 3 for both Dodruk and Azeran).
These bosses drop the famous Omen rares, ancient and rare items which can only be obtained from them.

	Uliax	4000	7000	The 1st Omen, stands in the middle of the room without moving and deals a large amount of energy damage. He is known as the Cancer of Knowledge, as he corrupts the libraries and chronicles of Yehsha. Drops the Magician Hat and the very rare Holy Falcon which is required for the Pharaoh Outfit Quest.
	Laphis	3900	8000	The 2nd Omen, deals lots of poison damage along with the 4 Poisonthrowers in the room. Known as the Bringer of False promises, he corrupts the minds and wills of the Yehshan people. Drops the very rare Holy Scarab and Ancient Tiara, both required for the Pharaoh Outfit Quest.
	Zildur	6200	6700	The 3rd Omen, spawns with a Deathslicer, dealing large amounts of physical damage and paralyzing his target. Zildur is the Hideous Interrogator who tortures and mangles the bodies and souls of those who get seduced by his power. Drops the very rare Soulblade and Twin Axe which is required for the Pharaoh Outfit Quest.
	Rel'tir	5900	6700	The 4th Omen, summons 6 Dark Followers and has 4 Firethrowers in the room. Deals massive amounts of fire damage and paralyzes opponents, one of the most dangerous omens. Rel'tir, General of Armies, leads beasts and men into war and death. Drops the Doomgiver and the very rare Phoenix Shield which is required for the Pharaoh Outfit Quest. 500 kills of this boss are required to complete the Rel'tir task for a very rare Holy Scarab.
	Holibar	?	10000	The 5th Omen, summons 6 Banshees and deals large amounts of physical and death damage and paralyzes his target. He is the Omen of Nightmares, he deceives people through their dreams and the illusions he creates. Drops the very rare Eye of Holibar, as well as the Hammer of Wrath and Ancient Tiara which are both required for the Pharaoh Outfit Quest. 500 kills of this boss are required to complete the Holibar task for a very rare Arcane Staff.
	Zurishatoz	6000	8800	The 6th Omen, spawns with some life-drain pillars, deals large amounts of physical and life-drain damage and paralyzes opponents. He is the one demonic fragment of Azeran who became sealed within the hammer of Ettenflame which Karvos used to defeat Azeran. Drops the very rare Ravager's Axe, required in the Pharaoh Outfit Quest.
	Dodruk	?	8200	The 7th Omen, spawns with an Icethrower in the room and summons 4 Priestesses, deals large amounts of physical and ice damage and mana-drains opponents, she is immune to all except ice and fire damage so Ice HMM's or GFBs are required to kill her. She is the final demonic fragment of Azeran, the one who corrupted the mind of Karvos. Drops the Mask of Dodruk, the very rare Crystal Wand and Crystal Mace, as well as the extremely rare Pharaoh Sword required in the Pharaoh Outfit Quest.
	Azeran	14000	21000	The demonic overlord Azeran, the whole from which came the 7 Omens of Yehsha. He is the strongest boss of the quest, deals many types of damage, summons 4 Shadows and inflicts the drunk debuff. Drops the very rare Star Scepter and Star Mace, as well as the extremely rare Triangle Star Bow, arguably one of the best Distance Weapons.

Plaguebringers of Abukir:

These creatures are the bosses (gods) of the 7 seals in The Plaguebringers of Abukir Quest. They should be approached with extreme caution and a team of at least 5-7 level 250+ players (200+ with Stone Skin Amulets and Might Rings as the bare minimum).
These bosses drop the items needed to complete the Mage Addon Quest.

	Mons	?	250000	The mountain god. An extremely powerful but slow boss, all team-members should wear Stone Skin Amulets while fighting, the blocker should stay at a distance running the boss since he can easily kill 300+ level knights in melee. Rarely drops the Key to the Mountain, required to complete the Mage Addon Quest.
	Ignis	?	200000	The fire god. The team should be split into two groups, one on the west and one on the east side of the room, as Ignis separates the sections up with walls and summons waves of fire creatures, including Demons. Be sure to avoid his fire wave. Rarely drops the Tear of Fire, required to complete the Mage Addon Quest.
	Harenam	50000	130000	The sand god. This is the easiest boss to defeat, players should stand on special tiles next to playing instruments to reduce his damage and healing. Rarely drops the Shield of the Ancients, required to complete the Mage Addon Quest.
	Tempestas	?	200000	The energy god. Powerful energy beams flash across the room during the battle, dealing 350 damage when they land a hit, lower-level mages should wear Might Rings and/or Strange Talismans so they can survive 2 hits. DO NOT USE Magic Shield. It is advised to have druids using Mass Healing on the group. Rarely drops the Orb of Unstable Energy, required to complete the Mage Addon Quest.
	Terraemotus	?	250000	The earth god. Summons Behemoths and uses powerful earth/physical attacks, sends destructive tremors which pulse outward dealing damage, so if you try to run from the boss you can end up walking into each wave of damage and killing yourself. Stone Skin Amulets are advised for less experienced players, shooters should keep their distance. Rarely drops the Ancient Earth Rune, required to complete the Mage Addon Quest.
	Suffocent	480000	200000	The tar god. Keeps his distance, summons many Tar Monstrosities and uses distance magic attacks. Best to surround him with blockers. Rarely drops the Primal Tar Essence, required to complete the Mage Addon Quest.
	Mortem	?	400000	The death god. Summons many undead creatures and spectres. Trap him in the corner of the room and shoot him down. Rarely drops the Bust of Death, required to complete the Mage Addon Quest.

Raid Bosses:

These bosses only appear when their Raid is triggered and the server-wide raid message appears.

	Bear Mother	46?	380?	A rarely spawning Novus Bear raid boss, similar in strength to a regular bear. Drops the Bear Claw, needed to complete the Citizen Outfit Addons on Novus.
	Wrigg	800	2500	A very rarely spawning Novus Rotworm raid boss, at least 3-4 skilled Novusians using Headhunter Spears are required to kill this boss. Drops some of the most powerful items on Novus (also some of the rarest items in-game) - the Rotsword, Rotwormace, Worm Maw Amulet and possibly more.
	Hobin Rood	3800	950	Spawns in a rare bandit raid on Dynahall. A kill of this boss is required to complete the Hobin Rood task with Sheriff Joe for a very rare Elf Trophy.
	Captain Bigtoe	??	2500	Spawns in a rare cyclops raid on Mount Baltimar. A kill of this boss is required to complete the Captain Bigtoe task with Sheriff Joe for a very rare Cyclops Trophy.
	Captain Edward	17,000?	10,000?	Spawns in a moderately rare pirate raid at Forgula Pirates. Drops the rare Pirate Captain's Hat required to complete the Nobleman Addon Quest.
	Gramlok Silverbeard	8700~	5000~	Spawns in a rare dwarf raid in Mittenhoff in the throne room. He is not known to have any unique drops.
	Nille the Devourer	??	??	Spawns as a very rare raid on the desert north of Yehsha. Has a chance to drop the very rare Green Robe.
	Alawar	30,000	10,000	Spawns in a rare raid on Winterbay. One of the most difficult bosses since he basically needs to be killed in 1-2 hits. Has a small chance to drop the insanely rare Green Tome as well as a few rare Cooking recipes.
	Uliarthaar	20,000+??	100,000+??	An epic demon boss who only spawns every few months in a raid north of Garrogat. The only creature known to have a chance to drop the very rare Teddy Bear and Thunder Hammer (the best Club weapon), also presumed to drop the Great Shield
	Balremaach	2,000,000+?	60,000~?	Arguably the most difficult boss known to exist in-game, spawns in a very rare raid near a demonic gate on the Corrupted Island near Abukir. Drops the insanely rare Horned Helmet and Grey Tome. Upon death, a reward chest appears which can be used by all participants for a lesser reward.

Event bosses:

These bosses appear during yearly Events on all worlds and require the community to work together to defeat them. Once the final bosses are killed, reward chests are put up for participants to claim exclusive and rare rewards for their efforts.

	Face of Decay	450,000~?	3,000,000+?	The final boss of the Halloween Event raids. One of the most powerful creatures in Medivia, requires a large team of players to defeat. Once defeated a reward chest appears for all participants to claim their rewards based on damage done and taken, possible rewards include the powerful Watcher Set pieces.
	Mad Santa	2,000,000+?	1,500,000+?	The final boss of the Christmas Event raids. One of the most powerful creatures in Medivia, requires a large team of players to defeat. Once defeated, players are rewarded Santa Points based on damage done and taken during the raids which they can then use to purchase festive decoration items.
	Isingoma	500,000+?	1,000,000+?	A developer-controlled event boss, probably the 2nd most powerful boss in-game after Balremaach, although the fight with Isingoma is usually much longer. Once killed, a reward chest is put up for all participants to claim rewards based on damage done and taken, rewards include the rare Angelic Set as well as other very rare items and equipment.
